WHAT DO YOU WANT TO SEE IN DOWNTOWN PARKER?

My Mainstreet is a community effort to encourage the right growth downtown Parker on four parcels of land owned by P3 and the Town. This means we have a rare opportunity to work together as a community to ensure our downtown remains Parker’s premier place to gather, dine, shop and play.

GET INVOLVED

We need your input. After we get a sense of what’s possible from the Market Analysis, the community will further define what should be developed in downtown. Over the next few months, we’ll be providing in-person and online engagement opportunities to hear your:
  • Vision for downtown
  • Preferred development uses, or types (i.e. retail, restaurant)
  • Desired community amenities (i.e. outdoor seating, plaza)
  • Favored development options
Your input is critical in determining what ultimate development will take place on Mainstreet.

GOAL

At the end of the My Mainstreet initiative, P3 will be armed with guidelines that will be used as a framework for developers interested in improving the downtown sites.
This is a unique opportunity to shape Parker’s downtown and guide future public or private sector investment that:
  • Is responsive to both community interests and market demand
  • Boosts the vibrancy of our downtown as a destination
  • Expands and strengthens downtown Parker
  • Increases Town tax revenue so we can continue to provide core services to residents
